Job Summary
Voyya Journeys is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel bookings and backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle hotel, flight, visa, insurance, and transport bookings
Proactively coordinate with vendors for confirmations and best negotiated rates
Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they impact clients
Prepare accurate itineraries, vouchers, and invoices
Maintain booking records and follow up on payments in a timely manner
Ensure all travel documents are shared with clients well in advance
Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
Support the sales team with costing and customized package planning
Take ownership of assigned trips from confirmation to completion

Required Skills:
Solid proactiveness and problem-solving ability
Positive communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)




Basic knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)
Travel & Tourism background preferred
