About the Role
We are looking for a GeM & Government Tender Sales Executive to manage sales through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and participate in central and state government tenders, ensuring compliance, timely submissions, and successful order execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeM Portal Management
Register, manage, and update product listings on the GeM portal:
Upload product specifications, pricing, certifications, and compliance documents
Monitor bids, BOQs, and reverse auctions on GeM
Respond to buyer queries and participate in negotiations and RA events
Government Tendering
Identify relevant tenders from:
GeM
CPPP (eProcure)
State government portals
PSU and municipal tenders
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids:
Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and documentation
Bid Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for:
Product specs
Pricing approvals
EMD / BG / PBG arrangements
Maintain tender documentation including:
MSME certificates
ISO, test reports, OEM authorizations
Past performance and turnover details
Order Execution & Follow-up
Coordinate post-order activities such as:
Purchase order processing
Dispatch and delivery
Installation (if applicable)
