Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials such as steel wire rods, copper coating chemicals, flux materials, packaging materials, etc.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams for material planning and requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure no production disruption due to material shortages.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company standards.
Handle inward material discrepancies and coordinate for resolution (quality/quantity issues).
Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and recent sourcing prospects.
