Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to join our team as a key member of our customer support team. The incumbent will be responsible for handling employee and driver queries related to office transport, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:




Respond to employee queries and concerns regarding office travel
Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, such as pickup delays or route changes
Coordinate with drivers and support teams to resolve issues promptly
Log and track issues, and escalate them to relevant teams as needed

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English or local language
Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate)
