About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Admin & Finance associate to join our growing team and assist with administration and finance related tasks. He/she will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be closely working with the HR and Operations team to help with the day-to-day tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the Operations Teams in the following areas
Finance
Providing assistance in preliminary bookkeeping
Providing assistance in the preparation of financial statements
Providing general accounting support
Admin
Develop and maintain a filing system for all company documents, reports etc




Providing research assistance in day to day administrative tasks

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/ MBA/ related field
1+ years of experience in financial services or related field
Excellent understanding of Admin & Finance related work
Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Slides, Google Drive, etc.
High attention to detail
Strong desire to learn and implement
Open to feedback and comfortable having your work reviewed
Good verbal and written communication skills
