Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/patients.
Explain pharmaceutical/healthcare products and services clearly and effectively.
Handle customer queries with empathy and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records, leads, and customer interaction logs.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales and pharmacy teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:
D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy terms, and healthcare services.
Ability to handle patients/customers politely and professionally.
Prior telesales/call center experience will be an added advantage.
