We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in our ENT and Head & Neck specialty hospital. The role involves clinical excellence, patient monitoring, coordination with doctors, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to in-patients and post-operative patients
Monitor vital signs and patient condition, and report changes promptly
Assist consultants during examinations and procedures
Administer medications and maintain accurate nursing records
Prepare patients for surgeries and assist in post-operative care
Ensure infection control practices and maintain ward discipline
Educate patients and families about care, medications, and recovery
Coordinate with OT, billing, and discharge teams for smooth patient flow
Requirements:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification
Valid nursing registration
Robust clinical knowledge and patient care skills
Valuable communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Ability to work in shifts
Team-oriented with a calm and professional demeanour
Prior hospital experience preferred
