Job Description of Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain day to day stock.
All inward-outward entry.
Minimize the risk of theft and stolen goods
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments




Should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
Regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
Maintain day to day stock. All inward
outward entry.
Coordinate with our office for execution of materials & other requirement.
General office routine work.

Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra (preferred)
