Production Supervisor Assistant - Cosmetic Manufacturing Unit

We are looking for a Production Supervisor Assistant to support the Production Supervisor in filling and packing activities at our cosmetic manufacturing unit. The role involves shop-floor coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth production flow in the filling and packing area.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Supervisor in filling and packing operations
Ensure availability of packing materials, components, and manpower
Monitor filling, packing, labeling, and sealing processes
Maintain filling & packing records, checklists, and daily reports
Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices on the shop floor
Coordinate with QC and stores for line clearance and material movement
Inform the supervisor about any issues, delays, or deviations

Eligibility / Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Science, Pharmacy,



Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
Experience in cosmetic / personal care / pharma filling & packing is an advantage
Basic knowledge of GMP and production discipline
Willing to work on the shop floor
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Job Location:
In person - Chennai

Salary & Advantages:
Salary starting from ₹15,000, based on interview and experience
Final salary will be fixed after evaluation
