Job Description:
Assign and monitor dispatch tasks to meet delivery timelines and SLAs.
Coordinate shipments, optimize routes, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
Act as escalation point for key B2B clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and utilization rates.
Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to align workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
