Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using BIM software.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy.
Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project workflows are followed.
Perform clash detection and model validation.
Update models based on design changes and client feedback.
Generate BOQs, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.




Robust understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
Experience in clash detection and coordination.
Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in large-scale commercial/residential projects.
Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
