Key Responsibilities
Conduct area surveys in industrial and commercial zones such as Okhla Industrial Area, Mohan Cooperative, Jasola, and nearby locations.
Identify available properties for sale, lease, or rental.
Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and local guards.
Maintain regular updates of available property inventory.
Collect key details such as:
Property size
Ownership details
Asking price / rent
Current status
Coordinate with the internal team regarding newly available opportunities.
Assist in property verification and initial documentation when required.

Prior experience in real estate field work or brokerage preferred
Positive local area knowledge

Qualification
