As we continue to expand our project portfolio, we are seeking a Mid-Level Executive - Administration & Project Coordination to play a key role in strengthening and systemising our Trivandrum operations.

Role Overview

This is a responsible coordination role requiring independent handling of documentation, vendor follow-ups, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration and internal coordination
Independently manage documentation, agreements, invoices, and client records
Track and follow up on property registration, utility transfers, interior projects, and vendor tasks
Coordinate with contractors, service providers,



and field staff to ensure timely execution
Maintain structured project status reports and escalation tracking
Support accounts with expense recording, vendor payments, and documentation accuracy
Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity
Maintain strict confidentiality and organised digital/physical records
1+ year of experience in administration, project coordination, operations, or office management preferred.
Solid follow-up ability and task ownership
Positive organisational and documentation skills
Comfortable handling vendors and external stakeholders
Clear written and spoken communication in English and Malayalam
Ability to manage multiple tasks without supervision
Robust sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline

Experience in property management, construction coordination, legal documentation, or operational support will be an added advantage.
