About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Domestic and International clients.
Ensure effective and professional communication (verbal & written) with clients regarding ongoing services and publication updates.
Guide clients through the research and publication process, including journals, review articles, books, and other academic submissions.
Coordinate with internal editorial and publication teams to ensure quality service delivery.
Conduct quality checks on research articles and other publication materials before submission.
Address client queries promptly and provide effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term qualified relationships.
Maintain client records using CRM and digital tools.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:



Masters in Science-related disciplines (MSc, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent).
Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of research publication processes is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage Domestic and International clients.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
