The Early Years Educator is responsible for nurturing, educating, and caring for children aged 1.5 to 6 years. The educator creates a secure, stimulating, and supportive learning workplace that promotes children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents about child development and classroom activities.
Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
Manage classroom routines such as circle time, snack time, playtime, and nap time.
Encourage positive behavior and guide children with patience and empathy.
Participate in school events, meetings, and career development programs.
Maintain classroom cleanliness and organize learning materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
