Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting apparel that suits their style and needs
Provide detailed product knowledge (fabric, fit, styling, pricing)
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS transactions accurately
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
Assist customers with size selection, styling suggestions, and outfit coordination
Manage stock display, replenishment, and basic inventory updates
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns professionally
Support online order coordination (WhatsApp / Instagram / Website orders, if applicable)

Requirements & Skills
Prior experience in retail sales or fashion retail preferred




Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
Passion for fashion, trends, and customer service
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products confidently
Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems
Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused personality
Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in apparel, lifestyle, or luxury retail
Knowledge of fabrics, fits, and ethnic/streetwear styles
Social media selling or WhatsApp order handling experience
