Blump Tech is hiring: Senior SDR / Business Development Manager (Remote)
Blump Tech Private Limited is a software development company specializing in HIPAA/BAA-compliant health-tech engineering, alongside broader product and platform work. As we expand across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, we're building our outbound sales function.
Role Summary Own our sales funnel top to bottom, with a mandate to build a qualified pipeline of ₹5L+/month clients within two quarters. This is an individual contributor role for a proven B2B outbound professional — not entry-level.
Key Responsibilities
Build outbound lists targeting CTOs, VPs, and founders at qualified prospects
Write cold email sequences that get replies from senior stakeholders
Qualify leads rigorously before scheduling founder meetings
Own the full top-of-funnel: research, outreach, qualification, booking
Refine ICP and messaging directly with the founding team
Must-Have




2+ years of demonstrable B2B outbound experience with real deals/meetings generated
Fluent, clear spoken and written English
Working knowledge of Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly/Lemlist
Robust, non-templated written communication
Self-motivated, comfortable with autonomy
Nice-to-Have
Experience selling into health-tech or regulated industries
Background selling for a dev shop or agency
CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Compensation
₹40,000/month base
5% of first month's contract value per closed client, uncapped
Location: Remote (India) | Full-time, trial period first
