Zelar Soft is expanding its Enterprise Sales – Cloud & AI Solutions team and is looking for a driven, consultative Sales Account Manager to join us in Delhi NCR or Mumbai (Hybrid).

? About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closure, and account expansion.
You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and enterprise decision-makers to understand their challenges and position AI-powered productivity and collaboration solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
? Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and expansion
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, and partner channels
• Conduct consultative discovery and map customer needs to AI & Workspace solutions
• Qualify opportunities using BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP,



or similar frameworks
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and business cases
• Engage with C-level and senior business/technical stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations and enterprise procurement discussions
• Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling across existing accounts
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
• Stay updated on AI, Google Workspace, competitive solutions, and market trends
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 4–5 years of proven B2B sales experience
✅ Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Technology, or IT Solutions
✅ Strong track record of achieving sales targets/quotas
✅ Experience selling productivity, collaboration, cloud, or AI solutions
✅ Google Workspace / Gemini experience is a robust advantage
✅ Strong consultative & solution-sell
