Role – Business Development Head
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Head to lead our sales function, manage and develop high-performing teams, generate business, and drive overall revenue growth.




This is a senior leadership position requiring substantial experience in sales, business development, people management, strategy, and target achievement. The ideal candidate should have solid business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to take ownership of team performance and business outcomes.
The candidate should not only be capable of managing a team but should also know how to generate business, build effective sales strategies, solve problems, and ensure that the team consistently meets and exceeds its targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Counsellors and sales professionals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to consistently achieve team and organizational targets.
Take ownership of business generation, revenue growth, sales conversions, and overall team performance.
