Support FEA projects using Hypermesh-Ansys APDL and/or ANSYS-Workbench as per customer requirements.
Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in FEA simulation using Hypermesh and Ansys (APDL/Workbench).
Carry out linear and non-linear Stress analysis, Thermal analysis and Dynamic analysis (Modal and forced response).
Interactions with the customer.
Prepare FEA reports as per requirements.
Time and effort management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computational Engineering or a related field of study.
Sound knowledge of structural linear and non-linear simulations, fatigue calculations, Thermal analysis and Agile analysis and analytical calculations.
Exposure to locomotive industry.
Programming skills in Python or TCL for automation.
Excellent communication skills, team player and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
