About The Arch International The Arch International is an overseas education consultancy helping students with IELTS, university selection, applications and student visa processing for destinations including the UK, Ireland and other international study destinations. We are growing our student acquisition and digital presence and are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities and generate measurable student leads. Role Overview You will be responsible for managing and improving our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media and content strategy. This is not a role where we are looking for someone who only creates posts or reports numbers. We want someone who understands performance marketing and lead generation and can connect marketing activity to actual counselling,



applications and student enrolments. Key Responsibilities- Google Ads: Plan, launch and manage Google Search and other relevant campaigns. Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms. Create and optimise campaigns for IELTS, UK, Ireland and studyabroad services. Manage budgets, bids, targeting and conversion tracking. Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality. Analyse search terms, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and campaign ROI. Test different ad copies, landing pages and campaigns.
Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram: Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns. Create lead-generation, traffic, engagement and retargeting campaigns. Develop audience targeting strategies for students and parents. Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors, video viewers and previous leads. Test different creatives, audiences and messaging. Monitor CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.● W
