About Sangi's
Sangi's is a growing food brand from Mumbai, making gourmet pantry products inspired by flavours, ingredients and food cultures from around the world. We're building a brand that lives somewhere between food, culture, travel and design and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape that world.
The Role
We're looking for a senior Brand Strategist / Creative Lead who is obsessed with brands, people and ideas.

Someone who notices great packaging, saves campaigns they love, gets excited about consumer behaviour and has strong opinions on what makes a brand feel distinctive.
You'll help shape what Sangi's stands for, how it looks, how it speaks and how people experience it.
You'll lead across campaigns, product launches, collaborations, content, brand identity and creative direction turning "what if..." into ideas that actually make their way into the world.
This is a role for someone who wants to build,



not just manage and has the experience and confidence to take creative ownership.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of solid experience, already operating in a senior brand, creative strategy or marketing role.
Strong creative point of view and genuinely great taste.
Deep interest in brands, culture, food and consumer behaviour.
Someone who can find the interesting idea hiding inside an ordinary brief.
Strong storytelling and communication skills.
Experience leading and managing creative / marketing teams.
Someone who can zoom out to the big picture and still obsess over the details.
Naturally curious, always discovering new brands, ideas and cultural trends.
Comfortable experimenting with AI and current creative tools.
FMCG, food or D2C experience is a big plus.
