We are looking for a target-driven Travel Consultant to manage B2B partner accounts and handle B2C customers. The role involves building relationships, generating business and delivering suitable travel solutions across international and domestic holidays, visas, ticketing and related travel services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned B2B travel-agent accounts and B2C customer relationships.
Build robust relationships with agents and customers to drive repeat and consistent business.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages, visas, ticketing and travel services.
Handle enquiries, prepare itineraries, follow up and convert leads into bookings.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
Monitor account and sales performance and work on improving conversions and business growth.




Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer, account and sales records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue and business-growth targets.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C travel sales, holidays, visas, ticketing or travel consultancy.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
Experience with travel agents, sub-agents, DMCs and/or direct customers preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to generate, retain and grow business.
Target-oriented with good commercial, CRM and sales skills.
