Influencer Marketing Manager (Immediate Joiners)
Role Summary
Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager
Experience: 3–4 Years
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong agency background and a proven track record of planning and executing successful influencer campaigns across Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel categories. The ideal candidate should possess excellent influencer relationship management, campaign execution, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to identify and nurture high-performing creators across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan, strategize, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel categories.
Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencers across all tiers (Celebrity, Macro, Micro & Nano).
Execute brand campaigns for product launches, awareness initiatives, seasonal campaigns, referral programs,
and creator collaborations.
Collaborate with agencies and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Develop influencer acquisition and retention strategies while maintaining solid creator relationships.
2. Influencer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators across Lifestyle, Beauty, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, Travel, and Fitness niches.
Identify emerging creators and recommend talent aligned with brand objectives.
Evaluate and strengthen influencer partnerships based on campaign performance and business goals.
3. Campaign Performance & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to maximize campaign effectiveness.
