Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and people-centric HRBP Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to mid-level managers and specific business units, aligning human resources strategies with overall business objectives. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you are ready to move beyond transactional HR. You will actively participate in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses solid emotional intelligence, and can balance employee advocacy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering
Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, understanding their operational goals and talent needs.
Consult with line managers to provide daily HR guidance, helping them resolve team challenges and improve productivity.
Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support business growth.
Talent & Performance Management




Guide managers and employees through the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
Assist in identifying high-potential talent and driving succession planning initiatives within your business units.
Support managers in creating actionable Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage and resolve moderate to complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough, objective investigations.
Champion a positive workplace culture by designing and executing localized employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as a neutral advocate for employees, ensuring fair treatment, transparency, and adherence to company values.
Onboarding, Retention, & Offboarding
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires.
Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews, analyzing data to identify turnover
