Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Lead who can serve as a key leader within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagements, leading technical teams, managing project delivery, and building long-term client relationships.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The individual will act as the bridge between clients, delivery teams, and leadership while ensuring successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
Lead client discussions, workshops, and project reviews.
Understand customer objectives and align delivery accordingly.
Build trusted relationships with client leadership teams.
Handle escalations and critical project discussions.
Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and engagements.
Drive project planning,
execution, tracking, and governance.
Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and excellence.
Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Drive team productivity and engagement.
Technical & Solution Leadership
Provide overall technical direction and guidance.
Participate in solution design and estimation activities.
Review architecture and implementation approaches.
Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Support pre-sales and solutioning activities when required.
