What We’re Looking For
✔️ Previous Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
✔️ Proven experience in HR management / HR leadership
✔️ Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations & HR operations
✔️ Ability to build and manage HR processes for a growing branch
✔️ Excellent communication and people-management skills
✔️ Strong understanding of the Bangalore talent market
