Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations for the Pune Division in an on-site, full-time capacity. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management,



while ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will maintain HR documentation, coordinate performance management activities, and assist in training and development initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with management on workforce planning, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR functions.
Practical experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage employee engagement, conflict resolution, and communication.
