We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who wants to build products, not just manage roadmaps. Someone who is curious about why users behave the way they do, loves numbers, moves fast, and can turn a messy problem into a simple product experience.

What You’ll Do

Own product problems end-to-end, from identifying the prospect to launching, measuring, and iterating on the solution.
Dive into user behaviour, product data, funnels, cohorts, and metrics to understand what’s working and what isn’t.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth and Operations to take ideas from a whiteboard to production.
Design and run experiments, A/B tests and product iterations to improve engagement, retention, monetisation and overall user experience.
Spend time understanding our users, their motivations, habits, pain points and what keeps them coming back.
Break large, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product initiatives.
Track product metrics and build a strong understanding of what moves the needle and why.
Bring new ideas to the table by studying consumer products,



emerging trends and unconventional product experiences.
Move quickly, test, learn, ship, and improve.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably at a high-growth consumer internet startup.
Graduate from a Tier 1 institute with strong academic and analytical fundamentals.
Someone who is comfortable with numbers, data and metrics.
Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention and experimentation.
Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
High ownership and bias for action, you don't wait for perfect information to get started.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers and business teams.
A natural curiosity about consumer behaviour, social products, entertainment and mobile-first experiences.
