Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and configuring SAP SD solutions, supporting implementation and enhancement projects, and working closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional solutions.
Perform SAP SD configuration and customization based on business requirements.
Work on the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including:
Customer Master / Business Partner
Inquiry and Quotation
Sales Order Processing
Pricing
Availability Check
Delivery and Shipping
Picking and Post Goods Issue
Billing and Invoicing
Returns and Credit/Debit Processes
Configure and support:
Sales Document Types
Item Categories
Schedule Line Categories
Copy Controls
Partner Determination




Pricing Procedures
Output Determination
Billing
Credit Management
Shipping and Delivery processes
Work on SAP S/4HANA SD processes and functionalities.
Analyze and resolve functional issues raised by business users.
Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements and coordinate with ABAP developers.
Work on integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, FI/CO and PP.
Handle interfaces and integration scenarios involving IDocs, EDI and external systems.
Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios and test cases.
Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, Go-Live and post-Go-Live support activities.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams and other functional consultants.
Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for critical issues.
