The Role
We’re hiring an AI-Native Web3 Business Development Lead with 3+ years of hands-on experience to lead our existing BD team and transform the function into an agent-first operation.

This role is designed for someone who combines:

Solid Web3 knowledge + proven BD execution + advanced AI-tool usage + agentic workflow design + team leadership
This is not a pure AI engineering role, a traditional BD manager role, or a chatbot-building role. You must understand how to generate, qualify, progress, and close real business opportunities—and how to use AI tools and agents to make that process faster and more effective.




You’ll inherit an active BD team, a real pipeline, established workflows, and a partially built agent stack. Your job is to improve commercial performance while finding and implementing the best AI and agent setup for our BD operation.

Our operating model:
Humans own relationships, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Agents handle research, enrichment, prioritization, outreach operations, follow-ups, and pipeline administration.

What You’ll Own1. BD Performance
Lead and improve the day-to-day performance of the BD team
Own pipeline quality, qualification, conversion, and overall execution
Refine ICPs, messaging, outreach sequences, funnel stages, and channels
Identify funnel leakage and implement measurable improvements
Help the team progress qualified opportunities toward close

2. AI and Agentic BD Transformation
Audit existing workflows and identify where AI agents can create measurable value
