Role Description

The Assistant Professor (M.E & M.Tech) will deliver high-quality classroom instruction to engineering and technology students, focusing on concepts relevant to tech careers and placement preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions, designing and updating course materials,



and creating assessments that evaluate both conceptual understanding and job-readiness skills. The role involves mentoring students, providing academic and career guidance, and tracking their progress to support improved placement outcomes. The Assistant Professor will collaborate with colleagues to refine curricula, contribute to workshops and bootcamps, and stay current with industry trends and technologies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Qualifications
Postgraduate degree such as M.E or M.Tech in a relevant engineering or technology discipline from a recognized institution.
Strong subject-matter expertise in core engineering or computer science areas, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring experience, preferably at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Ability to design structured lesson plans, learning materials, and asses
