Role Description The Head - 3PL Warehousing Business will build and lead the third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing vertical, overseeing operations, and strategic business development.
This full-time, on-site role based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai includes responsibility for planning capacity utilization, managing warehouse performance,



and optimizing processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key customers, developing tailored warehousing and value-added solutions, and driving new business opportunities across industries.
The individual will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with finance, sales, and customer service to ensure high service standards, and monitor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Regular responsibilities include reviewing operational KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing management reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
