Our client is building the financial and commerce infrastructure powering India’s $50B+ pharma ecosystem. From enabling access to credit to simplifying transactions and procurement, their platform helps pharmacies and distributors operate more efficiently and grow faster. They currently serve 5000+ pharmacies across 15+ cities and are backed by experienced founders and leading investors. They are building the B2B commerce platform for India’s pharma supply chain with real-time price discovery, one-tap ordering, and fulfilment across brands, with credit and reconciliation built in. About The Role




Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Commerce P&L.; You’ll build direct relationships with pharma brands and own the demand side too: how we generate demand, fulfil it, and design the bundling, offers, and pricing that drive volume. It is equal parts relationship-led brand partnerships and sharp commercial strategy, across both of our commerce models.

Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships & Sourcing
Identify, pitch, and build direct relationships with pharma brands — for first-party purchase by us and for marketplace listing.
Own senior relationships with brand trade-marketing, channel, and commercial teams.
Structure partnerships beyond transactions — volume commitments, exclusive schemes, co-funded offers, and data-sharing arrangements.
Drive brand acquisition velocity and supply breadth — the critical input for both commerce models.

GTM, Demand & Fulfilment
Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Commerce — across first-party and marketplace channels.
