Job Description –
The role oversees end-to-end product flow, inventory management, and third-party warehouse & transport performance. Core duties include driving delivery metrics, minimizing slow-moving stock, managing Order-to-Delivery (OTD) efficiency, and leading logistics transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities -
Operations & Fulfilment:
Manage daily forward and reverse logistics, distribution network efficiency, and transport performance.
Monitor and manage inventory movement across warehouses and distribution centres.
Coordinate shipments to meet customer demand and service level agreements (SLAs).
Oversee warehouse operations and stock replenishment activities.
Working knowledge of Bonded warehouse operations.
Reverse Logistics – Manage to bring Customer Returns back to SS warehouses as per Terms of Trade.
Partner Management:
Oversee Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, warehouse compliance, and contract execution.
Manage relationships with logistics service providers, carriers,



and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
Track and improve transportation performance, delivery timelines, and freight costs.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory accuracy, improve stock visibility across the network, reduce waste or obsolete stock.
Analyse inventory trends and share with stakeholders for timely actions.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Order to Delivery
Transportation Cost per Unit
Order Fulfilment Rate
Warehouse Utilization
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Drive supply chain digitization and automation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, customer service, procurement, and finance teams to execute promotional launches and order-to-delivery
