Arista is a hospitality-led luxury mobility company based in Bangalore.
We believe premium mobility should feel like more than transportation. It should feel considered, polished and genuinely world-class, an extension of a great hotel, a private office cabin on the move, or a holiday that begins the moment you step into the car.

We’re now looking for the first dedicated person to join the founder on the growth side of Arista.

This is not quite a traditional sales role.
Not quite marketing.
And not quite founder’s office either.

It sits somewhere across partnerships, business development, market expansion, collaborations, distribution and brand.

The role is for someone who enjoys discovering opportunities, finding the right people, starting conversations, and then having the persistence to take those conversations somewhere.
What you’ll work on
You’ll work directly with the founder across a broad range of growth initiatives, including:




• Researching and opening up new partnership opportunities
• Identifying the right people and finding thoughtful ways to reach them
• Following conversations through until there is a clear outcome
• Helping expand Arista’s network across current markets
• Researching and onboarding high-quality partners and operators
• Supporting collaborations and distribution opportunities
• Helping build and maintain Arista’s outreach and partnership pipeline
• Supporting content development across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels
• Turning rough ideas into well-executed content and campaigns
• Helping maintain a consistent publishing and follow-up rhythm
• Researching new platforms, partnerships and growth channels
• Spotting opportunities nobody had explicitly asked you to look for

A big part of this role is follow-through.
