Role Overview

Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.

Techno-Functional Leadership




Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

System Integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.

Ownership & Mentorship
Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
