Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director with 18+ years of hands-on SAP implementation and delivery experience to lead and govern large SAP transformation programs across the West Region.



The role requires a seasoned leader who can drive regional delivery excellence, manage strategic customer relationships, provide executive-level governance, and directly lead one or two critical SAP implementation programs when required.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of SAP functional and implementation expertise, program management, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and people leadership. The individual should be capable of managing complex SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives while simultaneously overseeing a portfolio of regional projects.
