About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales (Business Consulting Services) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities across Indian and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, consultative selling, and business development, with the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Own and achieve an annual sales target of ₹2.4 Crore through direct enterprise sales.
Generate recent business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across domestic and international markets.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships.
Conduct market research to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and emerging business opportunities.




Consultative Selling
Understand customer business challenges and perform detailed needs analysis.
Position business consulting and software solutions that align with client requirements.
Identify key stakeholders, budget owners, procurement processes, and implementation timelines.
Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
Collaborate closely with the Sales Head to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Track sales performance against targets and ensure accurate forecasting.
Maintain updated Sales Plan (Target vs. Actual) across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Participate in periodic sales reviews and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
