Summary
The Technical Manager - Partner Alliances owns the technical execution, validation, and ongoing health of all integrations delivered through outsourced vendors and technology partners. This role sits at the technical core of the Partner Alliances function - setting up and configuring third-party integration, validating that delivered work meets functional, security, and design standards, maintaining compatibility as partner applications evolve, and enabling internal teams to represent these integrations confidently to customers.

Define the integration method (API, SDK, or Webhook) for each new project.
Assess the technical feasibility of the proposed integration scope.
