Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving room and service revenue by identifying recent business opportunities, managing key corporate and travel trade accounts, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and visiting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating rates and packages in line with company guidelines.



The role also involves coordinating with the operations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Senior Sales Executive will represent the hotels at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati.
Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, and negotiation, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with corporate clients and partners.
