Tiger Roadveer Welfare Foundation is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at New Delhi House, Connaught Place.

Tiger Roadveer is a community-first initiative focused on creating Kamai and Swa-Rojgar opportunities and building a robust, engaged community.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate with the AI Video Generation Team
- Coordinate with the Creative Team and review content quality
- Plan, schedule & publish content
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Develop proactive campaign and content ideas
- Plan content around community initiatives, opportunities and campaigns
- Drive community growth and engagement
- Own LinkedIn-specific content, publishing and growth KPIs
- Track performance and improve content based on insights

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube




- Good content ideation and campaign-planning skills
- Experience with content scheduling and publishing
- Understanding of Reels/short-form video and digital trends
- Ability to coordinate with creative, AI and editing teams
- Strong communication, organisation and execution skills
- LinkedIn experience is a strong requirement
- Marathi/Hindi content understanding is an advantage
