Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing REPEAT GUD’s social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing content calendars, creating and publishing posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role involves analyzing social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur,



requiring regular coordination with internal teams and participation in brand activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and brand-consistent content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align social media content with broader marketing objectives.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve visibility, reach, and performance across platforms.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing capabilities, and experience with health, food, or consumer brands.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
