Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Varanasi.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement for clients.

Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, crafting posts and copy, coordinating visual assets, and optimizing campaigns for reach and conversions. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing audience behavior,



and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce goals, while staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand visibility across platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan and produce engaging, audience-focused posts and campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams, and for clear, consistent brand messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and interpreting data to improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, e-commerce platforms, and online advertising is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
