Promax PlugUp EV Pvt. Ltd. (PlugUp) is looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow our digital presence in the rapidly expanding EV charging ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos and product content
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
- Run and optimize Meta & LinkedIn paid campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for EV chargers and charging stations
- Grow followers, engagement and brand visibility organically
- Coordinate influencer and industry collaborations
- Track campaign performance, CPL, engagement and conversions
- Cover product launches, installations and company developments

Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in social media/digital marketing




- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Positive content writing and creative communication skills
- Experience with Canva/video editing tools preferred
- Experience in EV, automotive, renewable energy, technology or B2B marketing will be an advantage
