This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to support marketing and cinema-focused promotional campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals, maintain brand consistency,



and stay informed about platform trends and best practices. The role also involves reporting on campaign performance and recommending improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective platform-specific campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Content Strategy skills to create transparent, engaging, and on-brand social media content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with online audiences professionally.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with analytics tools, basic graphic or video editing, and knowledge of current social media trends.
- Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
