Job Role

- Script Writer & Video Content Director

- Write scripts for promotional and advertising videos featuring doctors.
- Work directly with doctors to plan, structure, and develop video content.
- Convert medical knowledge and treatment information into simple, persuasive, and patient-friendly content.
- Direct and coach doctors on camera to ensure confident, natural, and trustworthy delivery.
- Create content focused on generating patient inquiries and calls rather than only increasing views.
- Ensure all content is medically responsible and avoids misleading or guaranteed-cure claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for short-form videos, including:

- Instagram Reels

- YouTube Shorts

- Ad creatives

- Patient testimonials

- Treatment explainers
- Develop content in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.
- Interview doctors to understand treatments, procedures, and medical topics.
- Translate complex medical information into simple, layman-friendly language.
- Develop content concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and posting calendars.
- Direct and coach doctors during shoots.
- Guide doctors on delivery, tone, body language, pacing, and expressions.




- Conduct retakes and help camera-shy doctors appear natural and credible.
- Coordinate and manage shoot schedules at West Delhi clinics.
- Align scripts and videos with marketing objectives and patient-conversion goals.
- Ensure content follows responsible medical communication practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven scriptwriting skills for short-form video content.
- Ability to create strong hooks that capture viewer attention within the first few seconds.
- Excellent command of Hindi and English.
- Strong Hinglish writing skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to direct and coach camera-shy individuals effectively.
- Solid understanding of social media and advertising content that drives conversions.
- Good storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information for a general audience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shoot calendars.
- Reliable and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, on-site environment.
