We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager | EN TOI

Type: Full-time EN TOI is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands fashion, storytelling, aesthetics and the power of a solid digital identity.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond simply managing a content calendar — someone who can build a world around the brand, create conversations, and make people want to be part of it.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute EN TOI’s social media strategy, primarily across Instagram.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches and business goals.

Ideate and execute Reels, Stories, carousels, static content, UGC and campaign-led content.

Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas that reflect EN TOI’s aesthetic and positioning.

Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Identify relevant fashion, lifestyle and social media trends and translate them into EN TOI-relevant content.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and other creative partners.

Plan and manage creator and influencer collaborations.

Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement and conversions.

Monitor competitors and emerging brands to identify opportunities for growth.

Take ownership of the day-to-day social media presence and ensure every piece of content feels distinctly EN TOI.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle or D2C.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and social-first content.

Excellent creative ideation and storytelling skills.





Strong visual sense and understanding of premium aesthetics.

Ability to translate a brand’s identity into compelling digital content.

Good copywriting and communication skills.

Comfortable working with content creators, photographers and creative teams.

Data-driven approach with an understanding of social media analytics and performance.

Proactive, organised and capable of independently managing projects from idea to execution.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Canva and social media scheduling/analytics tools is a plus.
