Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Social Media Manager to manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple brand handles and verticals. The role will involve content planning, coordination, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with content, design, clinical, business, and brand teams.
- Develop content ideas for campaigns, events, awareness days, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate content from ideation and approval through final publishing.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Manage social media requirements across multiple brands, programs, centres, and initiatives.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Track reach, engagement, followers, views, shares, saves, and profile activity.




- Prepare social media performance reports and identify high- and low-performing content.
- Monitor competitor and industry social media activity.
- Suggest improvements based on audience behaviour and content performance.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and social media handles simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership of content calendars.
- Experience in healthcare, education, parenting, wellness, or consumer-facing brands will be an advantage.
