ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Social Media Managers / Centre Heads to manage our government projects and act as the primary point of contact between the company and government officers.

The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to independently handle project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage social media pages, content, postings, captions, hashtags and digital campaigns.
- Plan and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Track reach, engagement, impressions and campaign performance.
- Monitor hashtags, influencer posts and campaign participation across districts.
- Prepare social media reports, campaign reports, PPT presentations and analytics.
- Have a good understanding of reels, flyers and digital content and provide sensible inputs to designers and video editors.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content and digital teams to ensure timely execution.
- Deal directly with government officers, understand requirements, communicate updates and manage day-to-day coordination.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality, trust and organisational integrity.
- Handle pressure,



last-minute changes and challenging situations with maturity and diplomacy.
- Be flexible with working hours depending on project requirements.
- Be willing to travel within Andhra Pradesh and other locations when required for marketing, client meetings and pitching new projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong background in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, analytics and campaign reporting.
- Valuable understanding of content creation, reels, flyers and influencer campaigns.
- Good PPT, Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Smart, sensible, humble, confident and professional.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly trustworthy, loyal and responsible.

LOCATION PREFERENCE Candidates from Vijayawada, Guntur, Amaravati, Eluru or Hyderabad who are willing to be stationed in Vijayawada may apply.
